When I was little my favorite picture to draw was a rainbow. Grandma, Mum and you must have had hundreds over the years. Each picture portraying an emotion. Little rainbows, big bold ones,rainbows with pots of gold at the bottom, butterfly's, even sometimes ones with rain clouds! Today I see the same symbolism for many things - a sign of beginnings, ends, hope and promise of better times to come. A sign of solidarity, Pride and most recently of Thanks. There is a saying, if you want the rainbow, you gotta put up with the rain. We've faced the rain Grandma, send us some rainbows soon, we'll see you in them. Love you with all of our hearts, for ever and always 'Feel that love going in'.
